“The quality of the flooring was good but there was a tear in the vinyl which thankfully was at one end and able to be cut off.Delivery was a day late despite being ordered a week earlier and a delivery date option being given.”

“My delivery should have been made yesterday, I got a specified time slot, after waiting all day the company updated the tracker to say it will be delivered today. I re-arrange my day to be home for the delivery, again a no-show, despite being in this area both days. I tried phoning best4flooring to see what's happening but they stop taking calls an hour earlier than publicised on their website. So far I've paid for the item, and delivery, and have nothing to show for my money. I think the expectation is I'm supposed to stay in all day everyday in the hope it shows up. I think this is down the delivery partner, but best4flooring is showing my order as complete & have nothing to ensure it actually gets to me.”

We send thousands of deliveries therefore we do not receive notifications when a delivery hasn't taken place therefore unaware of your delivery issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, whilst 99% of all deliveries go ahead without any issues as explained in the FAQ's and our terms and conditions, the delivery date chosen is a desired delivery date and we will be despatched in accordance with the date you requested however, sometimes due to element out of our control for example, courier staff shortages, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery. If you ever experience any issues with your delivery you can either send an email to deliveries@best4flooring.co.uk or contact our friendly sales team who are always happy to help A member of our sales team has been speaking with you via email today who has escalated your delivery issues to a manager, refunded the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture and delivery has been rebooked to your next convenient date.
