“I had an excellent customer experience with Best4Flooring. I ordered on a Sunday and the items were sent out on the Monday. That is a really good response time. There was a minor delivery issue, caused by UPS, which was resolved quickly by Best4Flooring.”

“Returns Policy is terrible. You will be charged a 25% “restocking fee” and for posting. Making it very costly to even try to do one.”

Thank you for your review Vinyl is cut to size which means its a bespoke order. Whilst most companies do not allow bespoke orders to be returned we do provide the option to return however any bespoke orders are subject to a restocking fee.
