“Great patterns. The one I ordered perfect quality! No issues at all, professional found this a breeze to lay. But one was damaged along the edge, also a wee rip in the middle which isn’t noticeable as covered by our dining table. The professional who laid this wasn’t overly happy with laying it as it was terrible quality but did it anyway, took him a lot longer then it should have! Overal not super happy with the rips but needed the flooring and luckily there was enough left on the roll to cut that bit off.”

“I just needed a sample of some vinyl flooring. I was expecting a small offcut but received a full A4-sized piece which made it really easy to see how it would actually look on the floor. It came really quickly too. Highly recommended.”

“Purchased some LVT which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately after spending two days trying to lay it but finding issues with the joints, I called them up and explained the issue. They called me back a couple of hours later and agreed that the stock was faulty. They collected the flooring on the day I requested and fully refunded me the next working day. Shame about the flooring, which isn't their fault but cannot fault their customer service.”
