“Ordered samples which promptly arrived, then placed my orderwhich promptly arrived. I only ordered a small area of vinyl and thought the delivery price was a bit steep but since I wanted it, had to pay it.”

“Exemplary customer service, cannot praise them highly enough. Efficient service, provides a good sample service with a good turn around from ordering. I did find the web site a little tricky, but I am a life long non-techie! Overall, a very good experience, and expecting my order to be delivered on a 'chosen day' which makes life easy!”

“Easy to order and arrived next day - we paid the extra for next day delivery. Slight damage on packaging and one edge of vinyl but fortunately didn't have any impact when trimmed to fit. Looks great in our conservatory!”

Hi David, Have you contacted our sales team regarding this at all? We send our samples out in the post so it is possible they could have been lost. If you contact our sales team they will be more than happy to send out a replacement.
