“Really pleased with the service provided. Sent out a sample on request within a couple of days. Selected a delivery date when ordering. Kept fully updated on delivery time. Arrived exactly when they said. Good quality flooring at reasonable prices. Would definitely use again.”

“Delivery was late and no way of contacting anyone to find out where it was. The delivery company were even harder to get hold of. Had to take a full day and a half off work to wait for the delivery”

“Yeah, flooring nice. The one that looks like real grass. Never seen anything like it. People impressed. Does tear too easily when cut, but can't see it. Quickish delivery but paid for express. Would certainly use again. Michael.”

“General a very good experience, from ordering a sample to receiving my completed purchase. Tiles were well packaged. Only slightly problem with tracking the delivery as delivery Company did not recognise it and so I was not sure if it was going to arrive on the stated date. However, it did, but some notification confirmation and time would have been nice.”

“I bought 16 packs of LVT from this company. They hid the true product details under a sticker on one of the packs and with a bit of googling I found the items substantially cheaper elsewhere and they refused to refund the difference. Instead they want me to return the items at my expense. I quoted Distance Selling Regs and have had no reply. POOR. AVOID.”

Hi Prasanna, As discussed, this product is rebranded by all flooring companies. We do not guarantee a price match, especially after goods have been delivered. As mentioned, you are welcome to return these items if you wish. As per distance selling regulations, we are not obliged to provide free returns. “Nice product but poor delivery, presumably the product was damaged in transit. Puncture holes through the middle. Thrown in the skip and a new product bought locally as the fitter was waiting. No customer service available on the bank holiday. Real shame as the product was good.”

“The flooring is lovely and good quality. I paid extra for faster shipping but because of Easter bank holidays it still took a while to arrive. It looks really nice but I wish the shipping was cheaper.”
