“I purchased two rolls of vinyl flooring. Only 1 arrived. I was doing a job and really needed both the same day as requested previously. I contacted customer service (Chloe), who handled the lost roll and got it to me quickly. Great communication. Will purchase here again for certain.”

“The samples were great at least twice the size of others I got from elsewhere. Once I've got my builder in place it will lead to a direct sale. Brilliant service”

“I don't know whether Best4flooring products are good or not, as the Vinyl flooring I bought never turned up. They use a delivery company called DX Express. Four separate delivery dates were made, but no one ever turned up. Each time I waited in all day, or got a neighbour to do this. I even took the day off work once, and still no one showed. When I informed Best4flooring they immediately gave me a refund, so to be honest, they're probably not a bad company, but they have an unprofessional, unreliable delivery company. This is unfortunate, as I really liked the look of their products.”

“Ordered online, was really amazed at the quality of the vinyl, great price, wrapped well. I had to change delivery day for an earlier slot, which was dealt with swiftly in one email. Would highly recommend”

“Vinyl flooring was delivered promptly . Unfortunately, when it was unrolled there were a couple of tears. I sent an email with a photo to the company, who immediately sent replacement flooring which arrived undamaged a couple of days later. I'm happy with my new floor and with the way the problem was dealt with.”

“First we ordered some free samples which arrived very quickly. We then ordered the vinyl flooring of our choice. We were given a delivery date, kept updated via emails and it was delivered on the scheduled date. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Was happy with the flooring as in the choice of pattern but disappointed that it had a tear in it fortunately was able to use what I needed and leave the tear in the off cut, might be cautious next time to go else where”

“Average customer service. The online delivery service booking allowed us to initially book the Friday. We received a call the next day saying that they couldn’t meet this and it would be the following Tuesday. While waiting in for the delivery I received a further phone call letting me know it would be delivered on the Thursday. After a little kick off from myself they delivered on the Wednesday. We had to push the tradesmen back on the date for fitting twice as best4flooring couldn’t stick to a delivery date.”
