“Really great Sample service. Chose my floor and tried to order, only to find the courier has slapped a Highlands and Islands postage of £64 onto my £56 flooring item. I live in the north of Scotland (neither highland nor island). I tried customer service to see if I could get postage reduced. They couldn’t help as postage price set by courier. So unfortunately for me and Best4flooring, I won’t be ordering.”

Hi Julie Thank you for your lovely review of our samples We are sorry to hear that the cost for delivery was too expensive. Our courier partners set the delivery areas and the cost therefore we are unable to reduce the delivery charge. We do provide an option to collect from our warehouse and book your own courier collection if you are able to find this at a cheaper cost. Whilst we cannot offer a discount for the delivery. We run different sales online where you can save 10% on selected flooring. If you checkout our website your flooring may be included in this sale. Wishing you all the best with your flooring search. “Very please with this product. The quality is great and shipping was prompt and timely, although pricy as I needed it the same week. The price of the flooring with shipping was still the same as other places so didn’t really mind. It looks great! Can’t comment on durability as I’ve only had it down a few days and not washed it yet.”

“Arrived promptly. Quality vinyl. My only issue is my own fault which is that I didn't request a sample first. One vinyl was very different from the picture on line. I therefore would be more likely to use a local store where I can see the flooring.”

Website images are included to represent how the product might look in a particular setting but there are so many factors that change how that same flooring might look in your home. A website image can appear completely different on one device/computer screen to another. The lighting on the lifestyle photo could be artificial lighting from a studio or it could be natural lighting from an actual installation We do our best to provide great images and our customers send in lovely snaps to help you choose too, but sending off for a sample means you get to feel the texture, examine the quality and colour match against the rest of your decor and colour scheme. “Received my order as planned and was informed throughout on delivery etc. Had a slight problem with some corner damage to the pallet which had damaged 4 flooding planks. I contacted Best4 flooring and they were very professional in sorting out the problem and arranging a refund for the damage planks etc which seemed to be caused by the courier. I would highly recommend Best 4 Flooring for their products and professional service throughout.”

“Arrived yesterday instead of last Wednesday because UPS didn't like our address so changed it and the postcode. Big hassle to get that corrected back. Haven't opened the package yet as am awaiting a man to lay it.”
