“Good price and quality flooring. I mistakenly thought there was an issue with the size of the floor I ordered, and customer service were extremely helpful with steps I needed to take to get a replacement the next day. Turns out it was a mistake on my side, so no need to replace in the end. Very pleased with overall service.”

“I couldn’t find what I wanted on the website so emailed and got a very quick and helpful response from Michelle in customer services who located what I wanted in the warehouse and then made it available for me to order online. Fabulous service!! Ordered what I wanted and for very reasonable delivery fee it was delivered next day. I would definitely use this company again”

“Very happy with the lino ordered, good quality, great price and delivered when said Only down side is that I live on the Isle of Wight and this company class us as offshore despite the fact that we have a Portsmouth postcode and most companies only charge the normal shipping fees to the island. £65 shipping is ridiculous, more than my order and this will sadly stop me ordering in future”

Hi Julie Thank you for taking time to leave a review We are delighted to hear how much you like the flooring however we ae sorry to hear you wasn't happy with the delivery fee We use a third party courier service. Standard and express delivery prices are only available on UK Mainland deliveries as the Isle of Man is not Mainland UK it falls under the couriers Highlands and extremities delivery areas. Deliveries to these areas incur an extra cost .The cost and areas are set and calculated by the third party unfortunately we have no control over the delivery cost or what areas the courier classes as the highlands and extremities. There is an option to collect and arrange your own courier if you are able to arrange your own courier.
