“Hi Costumer Service, I would be willing to wait till all the packs on delivery order 1000338471 are in stock. We have now had to re-schedule our fitter due to this. For our inconvenience would you be willing to put in a free cleaning kit & can you give us a delivery date for our new order. Hope to hear back ASAP so we can re-schedule our fitter. Hi Kelly Thank you for leaving a review and reaching out to us The flooring you have ordered is placed to order with the supplier , unfortunately the order has been delayed due to a delay in receiving the goods from the supplier. Flooring that has to be ordered in will normally display a from date on the website,this is because we are unable to 100% guarantee any unexpected delays when receiving stock from the supplier. We also recommend in case there is a delay that you do not book a fitter until the flooring is received and inspected . We do apologise for any inconvenience that the delay has caused. I can see that the sales team have been in contact with you and arranged a free cleaning kit as requested. “Fab company would definitely use again. Samples are free and A4 size which is much better then other companies that are so small you can’t really get an idea. Quality good, delivery fast. Very helpful answering questions .. Not everyone will think of using vinyl for a garden ! This is our second piece of vinyl. The other we had six years through all weathers. Only changed as made the deck area bigger. Very pleased looks great day or night.”

“Excellent samples service, found what I wanted, paid for express delivery so all very straightforward except the delivery information was inaccurate and conflicting. I was advised delivery due on Tuesday, it was then amended to Monday so I altered the delivery information to leave in our porch. This was acknowledged but changed the delivery to Saturday afternoon! It actually arrived on Saturday morning!!”

They are not 100% able to guarantee deliveries due to elements outside our control such as adverse weather conditions, courier staff shortages, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery. The delivery also requires a signature so may have not been able to leave the flooring in your porch. “Ordered chosen vinyl and received on delivery date , it was damaged on arrival during transit. I contacted best4flooring and they promptly answered back , after inspection ( by qualified fitter) it was able to be still fitted and I was offered and received a 20% refund on the order , This was my choice but must state if it wasn’t useable I was also offered a replacement. I was impressed with the communication from beginning to end of transaction.”
