“Can’t write a review about the flooring - stayed in all day for delivery and it was a no show - no way of contacting anyone and a waste of a day! Very frustrating and poor customer services”

Good Afternoon Tilly Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that your order wasn't delivered on the day required. The order was despatched in accordance with the desired delivery date however sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control for example, adverse weather conditions courier staff shortages, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery. We do have a customer service and sales team that are ready to assist you. Our Sales email and deliveries enquiry emails are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and the sales phone lines are open from 10.00am to 4.00pm where we are always happy to discuss and help in anyway possible. “Ordered 2 samples prior to buying room size roll, which were large enough for me to visualise / decide what to go for. Ended up choosing the Avorio patchwork tile effect vinyl for a 3m x 2m kitchen, and at £76.31 incl. delivery was cheaper than other online stores selling same product. Ordered on 21 Dec & it was delivered 6th Jan. Haven't fitted it yet as decorating, but really pleased with design & quality for this price bracket. Ordering process was simple & communication was great throughout. I would highly recommend Best4flooring to others based on my experience & would definitely buy from them again. Thanks guys.”

After experiencing problems with the courier who failed to deliver on the several occasions promised, Michelle at Best4flooring arranged an alternative when the delivery problem was brought to her attention. The flooring then arrived next day. The concern for the customer was first class.”

“Can't fault this company. This is my 3rd order now & will definitely use again & would highly recommend. Never again single hassle, which is rare with most businesses these days. It always arrives on time in perfect condition. I was even lucky that my measurements were slightly out but they had cut my vinyl flooring sheet a bit over so it was perfect ! Very happy as always.”

“Home delivery could be cheaper. Had to drive quite far to the warehouse to collect it. When I got home part of the order hadnt been included which was a bit frustrating. Couldn't get through to anyone to find out where it was so gave up and just bought it somewhere else.”
