“The floor is lovely but customer services is pants so only the one star. I needed a 12m roll but couldn’t order that through website, I phoned to place the order but was told I’d have to arrange my own courier as your courier wouldn’t take 12m in one package but would take 2 separate parcels. They were supposed to call me back with measurements and weight of the package so I could arrange this but that never happened. I then decided to order a 10m and 2m piece as my time was short and my fitter would have to join it. Imagine my “delight” when only one package arrived with both pieces in. Thankfully the join in the pieces isn’t too noticeable but I’m furious to be lied to. Your courier can’t take 12m?! Yeah right, it obviously said on the package there were two pieces totalling 12m. Also, if the warehouse/courier were going to do this, maybe ask the customer the question: would you like this as a single piece because yes I would’ve. DON’T LIE TO CUSTOMERS!”

The flooring is wrapped on a roll at the manufacturer and then cut in the warehouse. This is the way that all manufacturers produce vinyl and due to this we are unable to change it. “The requested style `wood pattern' of Lino arrived, very well packaged, on the arranged date. On checking the size, a small amount of extra Lino had been supplied lengthwise, to allow for ease of fitting, which will help a great deal. Overall, I`m very satisfied with the service and product.”

“The sample piece did not match the colouring of the larger flooring sent however as the contractor had already installed this prior to us checking the item, there was no recourse from our part. Quality of the flooring was great but would recommend colour matching the sample to the actual piece”

“Ordered 2 samples for bathroom floor, they arrived promptly, good quality. Have to admit I'm torn between the 2, I prefer one, other half prefers the other. Going on holiday, will decide when we're back.”
