“I already held a unemployment cover with Best but cancelled it last year in April. I was supposed to renew this later on but only recently did this. I already knew what I was looking for and just needed to go through the motions of setting up a new account. The person who dealt with me was very pleasant and efficient,”

“Emma, who dealt with my quote and policy was extremely helpful, very patient and went through all the information in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Emma also rang me back at exactly the time she said she would which I thought was brilliant. If I was just scoring Emma, I would have given Best Insurance a 5/5.”

“Service was good, both operatives pleasant and helpful, however I am always dissapointed the way insurance companies operate nowadays, by offering you an initial high renewal price, rather than offering the best renewal price to loyal Customers, without the need for a phone call to push for a better deal. Realise it's the norm nowadays but that doesn't make it correct.!”
