“I first made contact by filling in an online query. I was contacted by an extremely helpful, patient, friendly and professional lady called Clare Mann. This was back in January. Since then we have moved home and been in al sorts of turmoil and even though she has tried to make contact several times I have only been able to eventually chat fully and take out a policy on May 2nd. I feel she is an asset to the company and will continue to pay every individual the same top quality customer service as she provided me.”
