“I found the service very professional and clear throughout the interactions that I had with the Sales Advisor. The product that I was purchasing was Unemployment Cover. The only constructive feedback that I would give is that there were a number of questions that had multiple questions within them. On 2 occasions I needed to ask the Sales Advisor to repeat the questions and break them down. I work in Insurance so for a customer that doesn't I would suggest that some of the questions are not clear enough and there is a risk that they are not answered accurately. Given that this declaration is relied upon as part of the contract, I feel that this part of the process deserves to be simpliefied and made clearer.”

“Arranged this cover over the telephone. Didn't want advice as I knew what I wanted. Spoke to Oliver first who provided me quotes and offered to follow up. I said I would come back when ready. Emails returned back from olivers email address when I tried to book a telephone appointment. I received a follow up call from Leah. Oliver had left and she was following up on outstanding quotes. Leah came in on her Saturday off to take the application. Policy was in force at end of application. Service was friendly, professional and carried out with speed. Would recommend. Thank you”
