“I was very impressed by the quick responses I got, as I had a few questions and took my time replying to the gentlemen who was assisting me, by way of email, but he showed great patience and by star-comparison, always got back to me within minutes! I was also impressed by the regular follow-ups, as given the gaps in-between communication (at my end), he checked in frequently to see if I needed any further assistance with the information I had received. In the end, I was very pleased with the policy I took out, as well as the service. Thank you.”
