“Brilliant service. I had an issue whereby the courier company hadn't left our package in our safe space and it went missing. I spoke with BES and they were great. They arranged for a replacement which I received the next day. Thank you. Will definitely use again.”

“A really nice company to deal with. My call was answered by a very helpful lady with a lot of patience! The only single disadvantage is the delivery cost which can be as much or more than the item being purchased. However that is offset by the fact they stock a lot of the less common items often needed.”
