“This company provides superb service at every level. Comprehensive stock, good prices, next day delivery, and brilliant customer service if ever you need help. Out of many orders over the years, only one was slightly delayed, and that was not the fault of BES, it was the fault of the courier company. However, despite the problem not being made by BES, Dave M of BES sorted the issue for me within minutes. Not only did he sort the courier company, but he arranged a repeat delivery as a back up. I cannot commend the service more highly. BES is run with good traditional British service. Long may it continue, and be an example to others.”
