“Super service! Ordered a controller for a heating system failure and it was delivered the following morning. So efficient.... although as it happened I had found the fault to lie elsewhere in the meantime so didn;t need to open the box! I have asked for a return and this was actioned quickly. I return it tomorrow and, fingers crossed, the return will be as smooth as the purchase.”

“I bought 3 radiator try valves but ordered the wrong ones. My fault. Contacted BES and they instructed me how to return the items for a refund. I reordered 13 of the correct size valves and they were promptly delivered the next day. The refund also came through promptly as well . Excellent . Thanks.”

“Ordered the items after 18.00pm on a Thursday night as we were experincing over pressure problems on the pipeline we had been working on. Items arrived in the Central belt of Scotland at 11.30am the next day and were fitted by lunchtime solving our issues. Would deffinetlry use again.”
