Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“Spoke to Lee in the Newcastle store today, even with a busy shop Lee took time to discuss watch options a share his extensive knowledge on the Patek Philippe brand. I left my details with Lee as my dream watch is not readily available but after today the desire to own and purchase from Berrys has increased ten fold. Thanks for your time Lee and fingers crossed you are able to help me realise a dream and supply the watch we discussed.”

“Windsor Branch - Amazing customer service, selection of watches and knowledge. Most important was that the people I met were not at all pushy and so eager to help. After looking for an automatic watch and coming back to the shop time and time again for over a year I bought it at the Windsor branch where the selection of Jaeger, Patel, IWC, Omega and more was very impressive. In all that time they were eager to help me try all the watches I was thinking of. They were never unhappy to see me and at the end they were competitive on price. Will buy all my watches there!!!”

“David, Nick, Lee and Gemma @ Newcastle branch have been nothing short of exceptional since I first got in touch with them about sourcing my dream Patek Philippe in 2017. They have kept in touch and invited me to exclusive events and low and behold delivered my watch, vaccum sealed on the 20/06/2019. They kept the store open for me way past closing time and provided a really good service when other PP ADs would not even place me on their waiting lists. The service was exceptional, I was given free gifts along with my purchase both for me and my family and the whole experience of buying such as exclusive watch was surreal. The watch was sized by Lee and Nick kindly explained how it is set as well as running through the deep history of the watch and brand. Thanks to Gemma for getting the paper work filled out and David who was on holiday but no doubt played his part in getting it for me. Literally cannot thank them enough for the lengths they have gone through, the gifts were just a nice touch. You really have to see it to believe it. Thanks guys.”

“Had my engagement and wedding ring remade (due to the size of my finger increasing over the years). Very emotional process but Gemma was so kind and patient. Over the moon with the final result, the customer service throughout was amazing, they are all about the customer and trying to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Staff always very polite and happy when I needed to visit the shop in Newcastle. Would not hesitate to recommend this jewellers. :-)”

“I had to wait until I gave this bracelet as a present to my daughter before I could review. She absolutely loves it and was really impressed by the gift wrapping (so pretty). As for the service you provided, I found the transaction really easy. The site was easy to follow and the item was just like the picture. Thank you. I would definitely use Berry's again!”
