Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“I recently made a purchase with Berry’s and I have to say it was a complete pleasure. Fantastic customer service, very helpful and the item arrived within the time stated. The watch was well packaged and configured with the correct time and date which I thought was a lovely touch. Thank you 😊”

“Bought a Chopard necklace online from Berry's. Before I did so, I enquired about the product, requesting additional pictures and more information. I can't say enough good things about my interaction with Lindsay Buckell, and how she made my online buying experience so easy and hassle-free. She responded to my emails promptly with really helpful information, as well as anticipating any additional questions I might have had. She did her part to make sure I was purchasing without any regrets. My parcel came the next day as promised, safe and sound. I hope to shop with Berry's again, thank you Lindsay for being such a fantastic SA!”

“The best customer service I received from Lindsay at the online team. Was consistent with emails and got back to my questions swiftly. Ended up ordering a Chopard ring from her and it was all done nice and easily online. It was organised and sent to my home address all nice and wrapped up and within a certain time frame. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use Berrys again in the near future, and will definitely be looking to deal with Lindsay again. Hope this company can give her the praise she deserves. Many thanks for looking after me”

“I had never heard of Berry’s Jewellers before, but they had the exact watch that I wanted. Any fears I may have had were swiftly erased. Fantastic service with the bonus of gift wrap. Parcel arrived very quickly & well packaged. After the given wait time free gift arrived on time. Would not hesitate to use Berry’s again. Thank you for a fantastic service.”

“I was looking to purchase an Omega. Rang a few companies and no one was interested in discussing a deal unless I visited their premises. This isn't always practical as I live near Middlesbrough. I called your online number and spoke to Danny who could not have been more helpful. We had a very open honest discussion, I explained my budget and that I would purchase there and then if we could agree. He spoke to a Manager and the deal was agreed. he then talked me through the online order. I then received a call from Nick who was dealing with the order and it arrived exactly when he said. From start to finish the service was as good as anything I have had with any company. Will recommend for sure”

“I have now purchased 5 luxury watches from Berrys each time taking advantage of the interest free payment scheme. Without this option i would not have been tempted because of the outlay. The items are sent quickly and are well packaged. The price was also almost £100 cheaper than others online ,each time. I do recommend them and will be buying again in the future when finances allow.”

“I only have praise for the service provided by Berry's, especially Georgina Barlow for her patience and understanding on what I'm sure would have been a busy day. Because of my late order the item was not expected for delivery until 28th December so you can imagine how pleased I was when it arrived on the 24th December. I was also notified as to the delivery date of the free-gift which also arrived on time.”

“I've never used Berry's before to purchase a premium watch but, having used them to purchase a lovely watch, I can honestly say their service was impeccable. The application to purchase using the credit system was simple and the decision was reached within under a minute. From there the communication regarding the watch getting to you was very good and it arrived within 3 days. As I rang to thank them they said as they then knew I would be keeping the watch they would send the free watch winder, which arrived 2 days later. The quality of the winder is excellent. Must say, when I'm looking at my next watch purchase I'll certainly look at Berry's again. I also must say that I found their staff when talking to them, to be equally first class.”
