Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“I’ve now bought three watches from Berry’s and would never buy from anywhere else. Lee and the whole team in the Newcastle store are excellent - great communicators, always helpful and knowledgeable, and just very decent people! They recently managed to track down for me the last brand new piece of a globally discontinued model. Though it was a complex process (due to the manufacturer), they solved it and successfully delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Berry’s in Newcastle to anyone looking to buy a great watch or special jewellery. Thank you!”

“I ordered an eternity ring online. But unfortunately is was far too big. I decided to return the ring in person. I was invited into the store on Commercial Street, Leeds. I was then greeted by Emma, she was extremely friendly and polite. We discussed the return of the online purchase and another replacement ring. Emma showed me rings that were a more suitable fit for my engagement ring, that was also purchased along with my wedding ring from Berrys in Leeds. Emma gave me her full attention and was extremely knowledgeable. I wasnt rushed and was given every opportunity to try on many different rings. Once I made my choice the ring was beautifully packaged up by Emma. She also told me she would communicate with the online department. Explain the reason for the return and that I had purchased in store. Upon returning home I received notification of a credit for the online purchase. I would like to thank Emma, she made me feel at ease. She was friendly, professional, helpful and a very nice lady. I would definitely purchase from Berrys again in the future. Thank you Emma.”

“The earrings I ordered arrived in perfect condition, very well wrapped and beautiful packaging. It felt like opening a Christmas gift. There was a delay in delivery, but that was nothing to do with berries. It was the postal system cause the issue. Would happily recommend.”

“The team up in Leeds were nothing short of amazing. I initially spoke to Danny who phoned me to check I was all good with the Novuna approval and talk me through the process including shipment to my home. At the time, I wasn’t quite ready but I then made the decision to go ahead 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I phoned up to speak with Danny but he was on leave but I was helped out by the team who confirmed payment and the watch arrived to home the next day. Amazing service thank you.”
