“Items arrive very quickly - some items are delayed and it would be nice to be able to find out what the delay is, rather than just see a 'not delivered' message on the website. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service.”

Dear Sister. Thank you for your order. The items you mentioned are pre-order items. Pre-order items haven't been in stock before as they are new items, and they go on our website (usually due to many requests to be able to pre-order these) while we wait for them to be manufactured so you can take delivery of these quicker when they arrive in stock. All pre-order items are shown as 'pre-order' online along with the estimated due-in just above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. These came in stock this afternoon (a few days earlier than expected), so we have started sending these out. I hope this information clears up why you havent received these yet. Thanks again.
