“I still think site is difficult to follow and have had a reply to say goods will be delivered soon so all is fine but it does seem, even on the phone I was not informed I would have to wait for the goods which only became clear a few days ago Thank you for expected delivery O.Burridge”

Dear Sister, I have just spoken to you on the phone, so hopefully you will now be able to log in. Just a reminder, the new password should be in the email you received (you dont need to log in to view the message). After you log in, you can change your password to one of your suiting. “As usual the products I bought were very good and will be useful. The only reason I didn't give a very good rating was because the greeting card I purchased arrived bent. The packaging was soft with nothing to stop the card bending. This is the only complaint I've ever had”

Dear Stephen, thank you for your order. Some items on our website are pre-order items, and are marked as pre-order in red just above the "Add to Cart" button. These items should only be ordered if you are ok waiting for them, as we do have to wait for them to arrive in stock before we can send them. Sorry if this wasn't understood at the time of ordering. They are due in around the end of this month. I hope this helps & thank you for your patience.
