“I very much enjoyed ordering and receiving the good I wanted, my folders were getting tatty and now I can use my new folders in the new colour's that I chose for a change. I will definitely order other goods as I want and need them with no fear that they will not arrive. Thank you very much.”

“Although part of my order arrived reasonably quickly (I paid for 1st class delivery) two items were to follow and still have not arrived twelve days later although the money has been taken! No explanation has been given as to why these items are late or if they are ever going to come. Very disappointing.”

Dear Francesca, thank you for your order and sorry you have given us a negative review regarding the folders. The reason we haven't given an update on these folders is that the folders were marked as out of stock on the product page when you ordered these with the estimated delivery date (from the factory) as 5th January. This can be seen just above the 'Add to Cart' button in red. It is recommend that you only order an out of stock item if you are OK to wait until after the advertised due-in date for delivery. We try and provide all the necessary information on the product page so you are aware of any stock shortages before you add to you basket. Hopefully this clears up your question.
