“The merchandise is excellent, and prompt postage, however in all the years I have been purchasing from you, I have NEVER been able to log in. It will always say 'not known'. I do eventually be able to buy, but very annoying. If I could buy elsewhere, I would.”

Dear Anita, thank you for your review. I have checked back on our logs and messages and can see in the past we have received messages enquiring why you are unable to log in. We have replied back offering to troubleshoot this over the phone or chat and have emailed with some suggestions, however we have not received a response so maybe you have not received the suggestion.
