“Sandals Find, cost not fine Living In Spain had to pay nearly half the price of the Sandals to get them”

Hello Hazel Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry that Spanish Customs charged you a fee to receive your sandals. At this time, additional costs of importation including local VAT or related admin fees are payable (locally) by the customer. Begg Shoes is working on a solution to provide pre-paid VAT but as a small business is unable to offer this currently. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes

“The shoes were lovely and the service good.I had to return as the fit not quite right probably my sensitive feet rather than the shoes.Returning via the PO was easy and a label provided.They were only sent yesterday so will not yet have arrived.Meanwhilel I have ordered other shoes from Beggs.”

“I bought two pairs of shoes in Beggs Inverness City Centre Store on 28th February 2024. The shop assistant was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. As they didn't have my size in store, the young lady arranged for them to be delivered. I received one pair ahead of the promised time, and the other pair arrived on time. The selection of shoes in the store was very good, and I will definitely be shopping there again.”

“Well priced, free P&P and hugely informative website. Had to make a return which was dead easy, given the prepaid Royal Mail return label. Refund processed in two days. New size needed a new order but took only two days to arrive. Top job.”

“Lovely sales assistant served me. The shoes I wanted weren't in stock in the colour I wanted. However, I tried on another colour for fit and style. The lovely assistant then ordered me a pair in my chosen colour. Couldn't fault the wonderful service.”
