“Chose a pair of shoes but they weren't in store in my size. Staff ordered in a pair and within 2 days they were in to try on. It was a pair of Skechers at a reasonable price and very comfy. Very happy, thank you.”

“A truly excellent service from Beggs. I’m absolutely delighted with my “Mary Jane” shoes. They are the most comfortable dressy ( but not too dressy!) shoes I have owned and because of this and loving the style ( like low heeled ballet pumps) I now have them in two colours. I searched and searched for this black pair and was so pleased to find them in Beggs. The service and speed of delivery was excellent. Had I needed to return them, ( no chance!) all the necessary labels etc we’re all there and clear.”

Hello Hazel Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry that Spanish Customs charged you a fee to receive your sandals. At this time, additional costs of importation including local VAT or related admin fees are payable (locally) by the customer. Begg Shoes is working on a solution to provide pre-paid VAT but as a small business is unable to offer this currently. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes
