“Having analysd all the available boots - this pair of work boots, although pricey, appeared to fit the bill and so it turned out. Tough outer and comfortable interior with very prompt delivery.”

“I'm always very happy with the shoes / Boots I've bought from Boggs the service is excellent in the shop also with delivery's if they haven't got what you want in the shop they will get it in one of their other shops and the delivery is almost next day,I'm all for keeping small family Businesses going from strength to strength”

“So happy to find my perfect shoes for a wedding at Begg Shoes online. I had been looking for some time! Begg indicated by email when the would arrive and they arrived on time with a polite hand written note from one of the staff. Very good reliable company and would search their site again for my shoes. Many thanks”

“My card would not verify during the transaction on the website, I think an issue with Virgin bank more than the "Merchant Process" on the website. I gave the office a call and was answered quickly by Nikki who took my order over the phone and the transaction completed without issue. The shoes arrived the next day. A professional and friendly old fashioned service 10 out of 10. Thank you to Nikki and the team at Begg Shoes. Highly recomended!”

“I chose Beggs because they had a range of wide fit good quality shoes.My order was completed swiftly and the communication was excellent throughout. The shoes arrived promptly and they were packed beautifully. I was pleased to see that if I needed to return them all the paperwork was enclosed and straightforward. “Beggs always seems to have exactly what I'm looking for. Plenty of choice and competitive pricing. But the really great part about shopping with Beggs is the customer service. Orders are always acknowledged and processed quickly. I made a mistake this time (accidentally ordered two identical pairs) - but instead of simply sending what I'd ordered, a staff member emailed me straight away to check. She then amended my order and issued a refund for the extra pair - all with the minimum fuss and maximum friendliness and efficiency.”
