“Great company. Have bought a few pairs of sneakers over the last year or so. Delivery is always well packaged and prompt. Customer service is excellent, dealt with by some lovely people (not bots) which is becoming rare these days. Very happy customer, will be back and would highly recommend.”

“Saw shoes in the sale but not in my size. However a helpful assistant found them in stock in another branch in my size. I ordered them for home delivery at 1pm, they arrived at my home address 11am next day less than 24hours from ordering. Excellent service and the shoes are perfect!”

“I am almost 90 years old. The Eccoshoes were exactly what I wanted. I could not find them in Edinburgh where I live. I found Begg on line and I think I phoned or emailed and ordered the shoes from Behgg who immediately supplied. I will recommend Begg to family and friends. I.E.”

“This is the first time I have bought from Begg, I have to say the service has been excellent. Prompt delivery and a hand-written note included in the package. The brand I bought is known to me, but the price was good and everything looks perfect. I shall certainly come back to Beggs. Thank you and I hope u continue to do well”

“Beggs Shoes is excellent. It has great customer service, the website is easy to navigate and orders are posted promptly. I tend to buy online as it's more convenient for me, and there's a greater selection than in my local store. If you need to return something, this can be done by post or to your local shop. There is also a loyalty scheme. What's not to love!”

“Gemma was brilliant , she arranged a 1st class delivery at 16.00 hrs on the Friday for some boots to be sent to me, and they arrived 10.00hrs the following morning . Brilliant service, highly recommend this company, thank you.”

“Slightly disappointed with the shoes as one shoe the leather is slightly shiny and the other shoe is dull. But that is Clarks. As for the company the service was excellent and delivery was also excellent. I would definitely use them again. I can only say the service I received fron begg shoes was superb.”
