“Thank you for your polite and friendly response and the prompt postage of my order. I was so relieved to find somewhere that still sold earth spirit sandals, T that I could order by phone. Having problem feet, they are the most comfortable sandals that I have ever had. Thank you.”

“I have just received my first order from Begg Shoes. I was very satisfied with the prompt delivery and the shoes are a perfect fit. I was also impressed with the handwritten note from Sara asking if everything was ok with the order. I will definitely order more shoes through them in the future”

“Visited Neggs Shoes in Perth to try and get Mother of the Groom shoes. I had already tried many shoe shops in different cities and towns to no avail. The lady in Beggs, Perth (didn’t get her name) was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had me try on shoes I wouldn’t have looked at myself. I came away with a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals - one very happy and relieved customer!”

“I bought trainers. They arrived in London by free post in 3 days. They were really nice and fitted well. Cheaper than most places. There was also a personal touch message from the company thanking me for my order. I’d order again no problem.”

“Brilliant service. Placed an order on line, it was delivered wihin a few days. The shoes were lovely but unfortunately they didn’t fit. I was disappointed because the larger size was sold out . I had to return them, so easy to return & refund was received within the week. I will definitely shop with this company again I recommend them. The service was excellent. I even received a lovely personal message from a member of staff Thank you”

“I was interested in the Shepherd slippers and shoes. unfortunately most did not contain my size. I tried a larger size remembering that the sheepskin lining would necessitate a larger size any way. This also proved to be too small. I returned the shoes and was given a full refund.”

“A lovely shop in Perth, with patient, helpful staff. I wear orthotics so shoe shopping is a lengthy process. On every visit, the staff have been very understanding, giving me time to try on a selection of shoes and offering helpful suggestions. I don't go anywhere else for shoes now.”

“I have 10 pairs of Ecco lace 2.0 shoes all in size 39, but this pair of size 39 have come up bigger so I have had to send them back and will order them in a smaller size. Beautiful shoes - soft leather, really comfortable and a lovely blue colour. I highly recommend them. They arrived very quickly and were easy to return. Hopefully the smaller size will be perfect for me.”

“We called into your Elgin store as we were on holiday in the area. I had purchased shoes on the internet previously. The range of sandals and shoes that you have in the store was impressive. Having chosen several pairs I asked if they could be sent to my home but delayed in despatch to get home after I did. It went perfectly. The shoes fit well and I have no hesitation in recommending Beggs Shoes either in person or on line.”
