“Excellent shop in Elgin, good range of products. Staff really nice and helpful. They didn't have the size in my chosen shoe but found one in their Lerwick shop. The parcel arrived in a couple of days with a nice note from Helen in Lerwick and a nice smiley face. Had they not been ok I could return them in Elgin. What more could you want, I'll be back!”

“When I placed my order for my trainer’s, their web site was showing the size & colour I wanted. But my order has not turned up & when we phoned them we was told they will send them to me when there get there order come in. 🤷🏻 don’t know when I will get them now”

This is an order for an item that we have purchased for the upcoming season, and have available on our website for customers to buy ahead of our proposed delivery. This allows customers to reserve their sizes of styles that sell out quickly. I see that the item purchased on your order will be delivered to us by our suppliers within a few weeks. As soon as we have received this item in stock, we will ship this out to you. We will inform you that your order has been shipped, and provide tracking information by email. “Didn't have the shoes I wanted in the right size - ordered a pair that evening on the website for delivery to local store and they were there the next working day. Great service and could try on on the shop to check they fit. I do all my kids shoe shopping as I know they will last all school year.”

“I bought these shoes for my husband (normal width) and not only do they fit, they are very comfortable. We like the style and that they look as if they have already been worn for a while although they are new. Delivery was fast and the shoes were well packaged.”

“Although I view your stock online, I prefer to phone orders directly. I can only report how exemplary your staff are. An attention to detail that can be described as conscientious, is rare these days. Specifically, an order placed for a Christmas present, I was advised the item being the last one in stock, had faded and may not be satisfactory. That, is excellent customer service.
