“Bought a pair of shoes, the assistant said my purchase hadnt gone through on contactless so had to chip& pin. Got the shoes home to find they were 2 different colours, phoned them to advise & they then told me my card had gone through the first time so i had been charged twice. Returned the shoes to the shop & got my refund & they ordered me a new pair as i really liked them. 4 days later the shoes arrived but they were the wrong size! How on earth can do many things go wrong on buying a pair of shoes?! By this point i was exacerbated & asked for a refund. Will i return...i doubt it.”

“I have recently bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company and have found them very helpful. In fact I was returning shoes to two companies and mixed up the parcels. Beggs rang me to tell me my mistake and very quickly returned the wrong one to me, unlike the other company who seem to have ignored me despite many phone calls and emails. WELL DONE BEGGS.”

“Ordered a pair of Ecco Brogues and paid for the next day delivery. The shoes weren’t delivered on time so I asked for a small refund for the difference between the two delivery costs to reflect the service I received. The customer service from Begg shoes is second to none and I got an instant reply offering a full refund on the postage, even though it wasn’t their fault. The shoes are beautifully made and at a great price. Would not hesitate to recommend Begg Shoes. Thank you.”
