“Staff very informative and helpful. Went in for a particular type of shoe. You did not have any suitable for me but did get good advice from a lovely lady. I then got exactly what I wanted from one of your other branches by post. Loved the personal note included in the parcel.!”

“Went to collect the shoes I ordered and both ladies were busy which is good for a local business. I was acknowledged immediately. I was not in a hurry so happy to wait. The staff at all times made sure everyone was being attended to at all times . I felt very valued as a customer. There was a lovely, friendly atmosphere in the store and noticed many customers were regulars as they were part of the rewards scheme. Well done Beggs.”

“I’d recommend Begg Shoes. The range was great, and the ordering process simple and straightforward. The order arrived on time, goods were just as described and there was a lovely hand written note in the box, which was a great touch. Overall an excellent experience, and will definitely be returning to this company in the future.”

“Online service is very good when purchasing but not so good with online returns. Four days after receipt of return Beggs still haven't acknowledged receipt or begun refund process.”
