“The shoes I ordered were lovely but unfortunately didn't fit me so I returned them and have had a prompt refund. The quality and style of the shoes were very good and so was the service. I would buy from a egg again and would recommend.”

“I was pleased with quick response and shoes are fine. Unfortunately I was not made aware of the fact that Earth Spirit were no longer under this name . I had ordered the same sandals that I have worn for over a year because I have a medical problem with my feet. I have kept the earth fire but I may not have done if I had been advised of the change.”

“First your staff in Inverness are excellent we find it hard to get good shoes we are 78&75 your shop does does not hold as much stock as it used to the we girl said she could get another size but I would have to pay for them first I liked the shoes so I did pay I think this was unfair and will not do that again as my daughter said there are other shops if you care to look back you will see we use your shop regular I did buy my shoes and happy with them but if you cannot change your purchase policy sorry I will not be back”
