“Outstanding service! I first saw Legero Gore Tex boots on a trip to Austria but could only find a 42 (uk 8) there, so was delighted to find them stocked in a 43 (9) by a Scottish shoe shop. Boots are fantastic, super warm and comfortable - perfect for the snow we had before Christmas. Service from Begg shoes was brilliant, boots arrived promptly - obviously from a shop rather than a warehouse as there was a little note from the packer hoping I loved my boots which in these days of mass Amazon deliveries I thought was a lovely touch!”

“Excellent service. Boots were ready to collect within an hour of placing order. Was able to try them on before leaving shop. Very friendly, helpful staff. That was the 3rd pair of boots I have bought from the Inverurie shop for myself in the past year and I also bought a pair for my grandaughter a few months ago which have been much admired. Will definitely buy there again.”

“Shipping was quick and the Clarks fit accurately - I have never ordered shoes before online because I always need a wider fit, but am pleasantly surprised with this experience. Will definitely order through Beggs again. Great overall service.”

“So easy to order and all my orders have been posted without any delay. When I needed to return any items, there was no problem with returning them or being sent my refund. Their Loyalty Rewards Scheme is a bonus and they inform me if the 'bonus' is due to expire; this is much appreciated. Finally, when my package arrives, there is always a 'handwritten' message from the individual who has packaged the article, from the individual shop that posted the item to me. I also get an email with 'Tracking' details so that I know where it is in the postal chain. Your staff are a credit to your business; THANK YOU.”

“Although didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size, member of staff gave me other options of similar styles in stock. She checked online for shoe style in other stores and found what I wanted, ordered and had sent to my home address. Staff member very helpful and friendly. So often when a store doesn't have my size it's a case of sorry .... Delighted with the shoes.”
