“Ordered some sandals but the sizing seemed a little small checked I could hang on to them while I tried the size up. They contacted me straight back to say yes. When I returned the pair I didn't want the refund was processed the day the sandals got back to them. Brilliant service I will definitely use again”

“Lovely comfy trainers but needed to open laces to get on. A zip at both sides would be better. Love the colour combo though and delivery from Beggs was brilliant as usual. Great website ( and shops) and always speedy and efficient.”

“Beggs are very helpful, friendly and efficient . I requested a size larger than my original order to decide which was the best fit. They sent the second pair very quickly and it was easy to return the first pair. I was very pleased with their service.”

“Amazing service from a small company and a lovely lot of shoes to choose from. Quick delivery, able to give options for delivery which helps whilst working. Paying a small fixed amount for returns to support a small company felt worth it.”

“Love my new ecco trainers. Having arthritic feet I was a little dubious ordering online and half expected to be returning them, but they are comfortable. The little personal touch of a handwritten 'thank you' note inside was also appreciated.”
