“My boots arrived on time and were just what I ordered. (I’d had a similar pair for years so I knew what I was getting). They arrived as planned, with a nice handwritten note and a follow-up email to check that everything was satisfactory. It was. Recommended. Good to deal with a small family firm. PS I have worn my boots in the rain and they are indeed waterproof! Thanks to Begg Shoes.”
