“Although more than I wanted to pay, my purchase of matching shoes and bag are just what I wanted they are stylish classy and excellent quality. Delivery prompt and free. “Once again, delighted with the service I received from Begg Shoes at 105 in Elgin. Susan did not have my size in stock in the shop but went online and had the shoes delivered there as I was on holiday over Easter. I live in Glasgow and have previously bought shoes from Begg online and always been delighted with the quality, price and service.”

“Fast delivery but slow process in refunds. Item sent back last Wednesday and received into the store on the Friday. Takes 5 days to put through the till then head office will then issue the refund which can take another 5 days.”
