“Even though Begg Shoes are situated in Scotland I am quite happy to order from them as they are a family firm and very reliable.Also they stock Reiker boots and shoes which suit my feet.I also like the way they always send a hand written note in the box which makes you feel special”

“The shoes are beautifully soft and a lovely colour but I had to return the shoes as unfortunately one shoe had a blemish in the leather. I would probably like to reorder later. That is why I have given 3 stars. The seller was very concerned and I was given a prompt refund.”

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I was sorry to hear that the shoes received were not as expected. This particular style by Ecco has a very soft leather upper, which is so soft that it moulds to the shape of your feet. It appears that a slight bulge in the leather had been caused by the tissue packing within the footwear, but this would have disappeared after wearing the shoes for a few moments. Nevertheless, the inner packing is something we should have fixed before shipping these shoes out to you. “I had excellent service from Begg Shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I purchased were not comfortable. I have difficulty purchasing shoes as I have a few foot problems. I will certainly try purchasing shoes from Begg Shoes again as the purchase and return process was very easy. I just wish that the Begg stores were closer to where I live.”

“I purchased 3 pairs of boots. Unfortunately, particularly because I really liked one pair, they were too narrow & I had to return them. They went back in 2 parcels & one failed to arrive. I presented the proof of postage & Beggs took the matter up with the Royal Mail & refunded my money. I am very impressed & will be looking for some Begg products that I can buy.”

“Amazing customer service! I had an issue with a pair of shoes (a manufacturing defect, not Beggs’ fault) and they went over and above to put it right. I’ll choose Beggs again in future because the customer service is so great. The delivery times are also super quick.”
