“First Class service. I placed the order on Thursday morning. They were dispatched the very same day and arrived this morning! (Saturday) Fantastic customer service. Shoes are a perfect fit. “A couple of weeks ago I put an order in for a pair of sandals. Within 4 days I received them.. I live in South West Scotland... along with a hand written note from Hannah, who ha obviously packaged them.. to say that she hopes I love my new sandals!!! Wow... is that looking after a customer or what!!?? I only wish I could meet her!! The sandals are fantastic, Hannah, and thank you so very much!! Sally Walters.”

“Ordered men’s slippers for present.....very happy with them, BUT very disappointed to find that they were made in China. Trying to avoid products made in that country, and thought I had found a company that was totally British. Appreciated the thank you note.....nice touch.”
