“It turned out I needed a bigger size but only had a few days before heading off on holiday. Not just the fact that The Begg Shoes team got the replacement shoes to me in time but the tone of all the communications was so friendly. Very different to the normal online shopping experience. Great to see this established family business providing such a professional online service. I will be back!”

“The service I received from your Perth shop was outstanding! The assistant was very good, pleasant and very professional. The shoe size I needed was ordered from the Inverness shop and posted to my home address in Glenrothes, arriving in only a few days. They fitted me perfectly and I am delighted with them. I think the assistant's name was Barbara.”

“The shoes l purchased were exactly how pictured and size correct. I live in Australia and couldn’t believe how quick international shipping was. Begg obviously has great processing and carriers for this to happen.”
