“Excellent customer service. Tried on shoes in store but did not have in my size. Assistant offered to get correct size sent to my home. Arrived very quickly . Good fit.”

“This was the first time that I used Begg Shoes - what a great find!🤗 I will shop there again and would recommend them. Begg Shoes were the only stockists of the shoes in my size. It was easy to order online and they arrived, very well packaged, within 3 days. Great service considering the order was placed on a bank holiday weekend.”

“These trainers were for my autistic son so I wasn’t sure if they would be ok. I chose Velcro as he can’t do laces. He has been wearing them with no problems, which is good to know as difficult to get them in his size. Ordered and received with no problems. Would recommend. The note that came with them was a nice personal touch and very well packed.”

“Shoes arrived 1 yellowish (maybe it was in window), one shoe pad had marks however I liked shoes but no replacement as it was last pair. I asked for discount however supplier didn’t see nothing wrong in my pictures. Very disappointed with customer service, seems like they didn’t believe in my pictures”

“I live in Australia. I have made several purchases from Begg Shoes in recent years. Each transaction was conducted with efficiency and expediency. On the last occasion, I emailed to enquire regarding the delivery and I received an immediate response. The shoes arrived from the U.K. faster than many of my local parcel deliveries. Janice”

“My order from Beggs Shoes was lost in the mail in the US for over 1 month. The USPS was unable or willing to find my order. I contacted Beggs customer service who kept in communication and located the shoes within 2 weeks. The shoes are great I will definitely order again.”

“Over recent years I have bought six pairs of Legero Tanaro lace-up shoes which at one time were no longer available in Australia. It was because of this that I started to purchase from your store. The delivery time was never more than two weeks despite the fact that some deliveries were during the Covid pandemic. A real bonus is that your shoes are approximately half the price being charged in Australia. I shall continue to purchase from Begg Shoes and would like to try other brands but I could not be sure of a correct fit.”
