“I have just purchased a pair of the Begg slippers this being my third pair as I've always been extremely pleased with the comfort and durability of them. Being the hard sole they allow me to step out onto my patio”

“I bought some beautiful knee length boots from Begg Shoes and when they came to send them out they noticed a few minor scratches and were good enough to let me know as they were the last ones in stock. They sent photos to check whether I'd still be happy to receive them. This was really exceptional customer service as many companies would just have sent out the boots without getting in touch. I choose to accept them and when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised as they looked absolutely fine.”
