“I ordered a pair of red Remote ladies boots to replace a pair of Remonte I have had about ten years and couldn't find any until I looked on Beggs Shoes on line.It is the first time I have ordered from them and it was easy to order. I was impressed at how quickly they were dispatched and liked the fact that is a family business. I received the boots very quickly and they are really lovely but, unfortunately they didn't fit me , I had ordered my usual size,but I couldn't get all my foot into them. I usually have to wear wide fit shoes due to a medical condition and any Remonte or Rieker footwear I have bought in the past have always fitted.I am disappointed as they are lovely boots and I will have to return them on Monday. This is definitely NOT Beggs Shoes fault and I see their returns are very easy to do which is a bonus. I won't hesitate to order from them again!!”

“Ordered slippers size 12 and details stated they were wide fitting - THEY WERE NOT and I couldn’t even get them on. Current Clark’s are supposedly the same size but are much wider and longer.”

“Wonderful experience from ordering to arrival. Easy website to negotiate, notification of my order and cost was sent immediately to my email address and I was also informed of expected arrival. The sandals arrived when expected, the packaging was second to none and the fit and colour was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to order again from Begg's and recommend to others.”

“Very pleased with my fur lined Nordikas slippers have had a number of pairs over the years they never fail to impress but this pair is particularly warm and cosy. Begg provided good service my slippers arrived beautifully wrapped and in no time at all Thank you”

“Boots weren't in stock in one shop so they ordered them to be delivered to my home, free of charge. They arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, they are too small & I'll have to return them in store for free. Happy with the service & delivery time. Just a pity they didn't fit.”
