“Order received arrived quickly well packaged , nice hand written note thanking for purchase. Have to say the shoes are beautiful, good quality and colour as described Never knew this shop was in Perth so will def go in and see what’s in store . Thank you”

“As a visitor to Shetland, I was delighted to find Begg Shoes on Lerwick high street - decent indepedent shoe shops where customer service still matters have long disappeared from the city where I live. As expected, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whilst the model I wanted was not in stock in the Lerwick shop, I was offered a similar shoe to try on for size, which turned out to be accurate. The kind sales assistant then offered to order me the shoes I wanted through one of their other stores which did have them in stock. This was on Friday morning just gone - it is now Monday and my shoes arrived this morning, within one working day, and I am absolutely delighted. A big shout out to Begg Shoes in Lerwick - it's been a total pleasure to buy from you!”

“The original sandals I ordered did not fit. Spoke to Kim in the Perth shop and she sent me a different pair which I was was very pleased with. Kim was very friendly and helpful.”

“I found the shoes I wanted at a competitive price with free delivery. I ordered on a bank holiday weekend but they still arrived within a couple of days. Full information regards returns was included but not needed. Would definitely shop with Begg again.”

“Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately the shoes, although of high quality, were much to big, both in length and width, and so I have had to return them. Luckily I had requested a returns label on ordering the shoes, so simply dropped them off at the post office.”

“These shoes bought for my 87 year old mum who loves shoes. She has mobility issues and shoes can cause issues.. she has now bought these shoes 2 colours as had the white first and was delighted to find them in black . they are dressy and comfy and look really smart..”
