“The service is outstanding I had to send some shoes back which did not fit the returns process was excellent and very simple. When I received the shoes they came well packaged I would certainly recomend Beggs Shoes”

“Lovely boots. Extremely comfortable and a very good make too. They feel like soft gloves on your feet. I have bought them in the same style a few times. Thankyou to Beggs for great customer service. Fast and efficient i would definitely recommend them both on line or via telephone. Also they do a loyalty scheme where you can earn vouchers towards your next purchase.”

“I needed new slippers and Begg Shoes had just what I was looking for (style, colour, price). They were delivered very quickly and... I LOVE them. A really good fit, very comfortable and very warm. “I have used this business several times and on each occasion been more than pleased with their customer service. You are kept informed with easy to follow information, goods arrive extremely promptly, well packaged and there is always a member of staff you can contact and chat with apropos any clarification needed. They certainly know their shoes and are keen to ensure happy, comfortable customers. Should you need to return for exchange or refund, that's easy too. All in all an A1 outfit, delivering a top notch service. Many thanks.”

Your order was placed during a bank holiday weekend, which meant Royal Mail couldn’t collect parcels on the Monday. As a result, your order was dispatched on Tuesday and delivery was attempted on Wednesday, in line with their service timescales. “My Skechers slippers were delivered very quickly and I love them. I really wanted a blue pair and searched the internet. Begg shoes had just what I wanted. So happy and I will thoroughly recommend them and will use again.”
