“Served by a lovely lady in the Perth store who was so helpful. The shoes I wanted were not in stock but she organised a home delivery which arrived just a few days later. Very happy with the shoes and have worn them almost constantly as they are so comfortable.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I do a lot of online shopping and something stood out about Begg Shoes the minute I stumbled upon its website. It just had a great family, we-truly-care-about-our-customers vibe, which was confirmed when my order arrived - ahead of schedule - with a HAND-WRITTEN thank-you note! Yes, HAND-WRITTEN! The shoes I bought were a teensy bit big (the right size, but not quite the right shape for my feet) and I thought about returning them, but I wanted to give Begg Shoes my business so I kept them!”

“The service I received from Begg Shoes was exceptional -I ordered online but I also spoke to someone at Customer Services. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant on the phone; the service was also very efficient, as I was in a hurry for the shoes and they were sent very promptly and arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend Begg Shoes -excellent service.”

“Ordered a pair of blue suede Legero trainers. Received them within a few days, they fit perfectly and are super comfy, so have no experience of the returns service. Will probably buy another pair in a different colour. Great service from Beggs.”
