“I was very pleased to find Clark's Wavewalk Trainers available from Begg Shoes. They really have a great selection of shoes. The trainers arrived quickly and included a handwritten note thanking me for my order. What a nice touch.”

“The assistant went out her way to bring out from stock sandals I specified white she also brought a black pair which she said could be ordered in white .I decided on the black which she ordered and I then received in a couple of days and could track delivery. As this was a last minute decision and all the Autumn shoes out I was very pleased with the service in full.”

“I am a returning customer. I live in Thailand. This time Begg Shoes refused to ship to Thailand. I tried using a parcel forwarder in the UK. The shoes arrived Thailand in a week but the forwarder mailing cost to Thailand cost more than the shoes.”

“We were delighted with our purchase from Begg Shoes. I don’t often leave online reviews, but really wanted to support this business as I am always a little reluctant to order online from companies where I don’t have any prior knowledge of the business. Our daughter had fallen in love with a pair of Clark’s trainers in our local shoe shop (miles away from Begg Shoes!), but they didn’t have them in her size. I searched the Internet, and all of the national chains had also sold out. Begg Shoes had them in stock, so I decided to take the chance and place the order. I was delighted, they arrived within a couple of days, despite being despatched to England from Scotland. We also received regular e-mail updates. The handwritten note inside was a lovely touch we don’t see from the national and global companies. Most importantly for us, the quality of service and quick delivery meant that our daughter was able to wear the trainers she had chosen (she had outgrown her old ones), and she absolutely loves them! She also calls them her “Scottish trainers” - we have spent some happy times on holiday in Scotland, so they also remind her of those occasions. Thank-you, we would definitely order from you again, and would love to visit in person if we are ever visiting your local area.”
