“Shoes are great and staff very helpful in Elgin store, the item took quite a while for them to arrive at the store and I didn't receive a notification happy with the purchase and would continue to use Beggs in the future”

“I am an internet shopper with this wonderful business. They supply good shoes quickly and efficiently and they are happy to supply shoes in a couple of different sizes if you are not sure of the fit. Their returns system works wonderfully well and speedily. I love this business!!”

“I recently bought a pair of walking shoes and would happily buy from Begg Shoes again. It is so lovely to use a smaller, family business and there is a real difference in the whole buying experience. The handwritten note inside the parcel was a rare treat these days and goes a long way in making me feel like a valued customer. The prices were competitive and delivery quick and efficient.”

“Alway buy my shoes from Beggs. Mostly online and get delivered to my home address Delivery is fantastic and always before estimated delivery date I’ve never been disappointed yet When I do go into the Perth branch the staff are always welcoming and cheery. Only complaint I have about Beggs shoes is that I was in Forfar one day and I bought shoes to the value of £85 then I was told they are not in the loyalty scheme with the Perth branch. I liked the shoes and bought them anyway.”
