“I've been buying shoes and sandals from Begg Shoes for several years and have always received great service, whether buying online or in person. There is a big selection on the website with a lot of really good brands available. The shoes are despatched quickly and arrive within a couple of days. I have never needed to return anything, but all the paperwork need to return goods is included with the delivery. I like to support independent retailers like Begg Shoes.”

“I'm very pleased with Begg shoes who I've been using for some time now. Their customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are competitive and efficient. No hesitation in recommending them, and I plan to continue supporting their family business - they try harder.”

The replacement shoes came within a few days and I am very pleased indeed. It is a pleasure to buy online from Begg Shoes! “The size and style of boot I wanted was unavailable inshore and elsewhere online. My local Begg shoe shop in Market Harborough couldn't have been more helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and found me a pair of the boots in their shop in Peterhead. These were shipped down to Market Harborough where I collected them. Very happy with my purchase and the care and attention I received, both in store and from Peterhead. Highly recommended, thank you!”

“Buy all my footwear from Beggs on line as their customer care is outstanding. A personal note in each parcel often with a smiley face and on this occasion a phone call to let me know one of the pair was faded and did I still want them. Begg stocks great brands and make my experience personal , thoughtful and caring. You don't get this kind of service much nowadays. What's not to like!”
