“Very easy ordering process and received a confirmation email. The item was neatly packaged, and Royal Mail kept me updated about delivery. It's a gift for my daughter's birthday so happy it arrived in plenty time. Excellent service.”

“A complete mistake from beginning to end. Given false information. If I had not ‘ chased’ this I would be sitting waiting… well forever. The really annoying thing is this could have been sorted a week ago but as ‘ my order’ was in told I couldn’t do anything. Then it seems my order was lost/ ignored. So very disappointed in what is generally a good service. I’m very sorry to write this but really worse than useless.”

“I needed to buy long boots size 8. Elgin Shoe Garden lady was very helpful. She ordered a Reiker pair for me to be delivered direct to my address, free of charge. Im pleased with my boots. It's so much better to see the boots in the flesh, as it were, rather than trying to imagine what they'll be like from online photos.”

“I cannot fault Beg Shoes - great selection, prompt delivery and a simple returns process. Unfortunately, on this occasion I had to return the wide fitting, Reiker boots that I ordered because they were too narrow.”

“There was an issue with my new boots (the zip would not go down). I took them back to the shop. The Assistant noticed there was a 'bit of glue on the inside of the zip). She was able to sort it for me, and the zip goes up and down now. They would have replaced the boots but didn't have another pair the same! The staff were excellent.”

“Although I was originally sent the wrong pair of boots, Danielle who Inspoke to from customer services was excellent and sorted out the problem very quickly. I actually kept both pairs of boots and am delighted with them. The only reason I didn't rate the service as 5star was because of the original error.”

“This is the first time I’ve ordered from Begg Shoes and it was a brilliant experience. My Ecco boots are perfect and were at a compete price. Customer care was excellent: prompt delivery, a person message plus a return slip (which wasn’t needed). This is clearly a company with value for money and customer satisfaction at its heart.
