“Beggs are a great company selling a wide range of footwear. I like that I’m able to buy on line, as there is a greater selection than in my local store. But I have the choice to return an items to the store if they aren’t suitable. The website is clear and informative and their customer service is excellent. Online orders are posted promptly and often contain a hand written note which I think is a lovely personal touch. I recommend becoming a member of the loyalty scheme. All in all a great company that I like supporting. What better reason to buy more boots?! 😉”

“Thank you for your polite and friendly response and the prompt postage of my order. I was so relieved to find somewhere that still sold earth spirit sandals, T that I could order by phone. Having problem feet, they are the most comfortable sandals that I have ever had. Thank you.”

“Visited Neggs Shoes in Perth to try and get Mother of the Groom shoes. I had already tried many shoe shops in different cities and towns to no avail. The lady in Beggs, Perth (didn’t get her name) was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had me try on shoes I wouldn’t have looked at myself. I came away with a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals - one very happy and relieved customer!”
