“I have been ordering a particular brand of slippers that I like and are hard to find in shops now for a number of years. Begg Shoes offer a fantastic service over the phone, with my order dispatched quickly and efficiently. The lady who took my order, Gill, was so helpful and I really appreciate the warm and helpful service I receive from Beggs so I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this lovely family business. Long may they be in business!”

“I am pleased with boots the fit is good for me as l have narrower calves and am between sizes so 37.5 is a perfect fit for me. I have not been out in the boots yet but intend to soon. The quality looks good and l love the reddish brown colour I”

“I ordered a pair of red Remote ladies boots to replace a pair of Remonte I have had about ten years and couldn't find any until I looked on Beggs Shoes on line.It is the first time I have ordered from them and it was easy to order. I was impressed at how quickly they were dispatched and liked the fact that is a family business. I received the boots very quickly and they are really lovely but, unfortunately they didn't fit me , I had ordered my usual size,but I couldn't get all my foot into them. I usually have to wear wide fit shoes due to a medical condition and any Remonte or Rieker footwear I have bought in the past have always fitted.I am disappointed as they are lovely boots and I will have to return them on Monday. This is definitely NOT Beggs Shoes fault and I see their returns are very easy to do which is a bonus. I won't hesitate to order from them again!!”

“Ordered slippers size 12 and details stated they were wide fitting - THEY WERE NOT and I couldn’t even get them on. Current Clark’s are supposedly the same size but are much wider and longer.”
