“Ordered two pairs of shoes, really quick delivery One pair were really good, sadly the other pair didn’t fit very well. Easy to return and swift refund. Very happy all round with the service. Will definitely use again.”

“Wow! Fabulous boots. I am so pleased with my purchase. I am normally rubbish at finding time to do reviews but thought I would write one straight away. Which says a lot. Especially after receiving a hand written note, which was a lovely touch. The quality is better than I expected. The style is beautiful and elegant. Delivery came very quickly at no cost. I purchased two sizes 6 & 7 just in case because they didn’t have a 6.5 and I am so glad I did as the 7 was a perfect fit. It does come at a small cost to return but well worth it. Thank you. I’m a Happy Bunny! 😍”

“I purchased a pair of Toni Pons for a holiday. While on trip they ripped. I contacted Begg Shoes and they were helpful and pleasant to deal with. My shoes were quickly replaced as it was deemed a factory issue. The whole experience was professional and handled with kindness.
