“Since finding Beggs on line they have become our , go to , retailer for footwear. Whilst we look online at the stock, we order over the phone. This may sound odd but the benefit of talking with the helpful, knowledgeable staff members, can be useful to glean certain details about a desired product to make sure one's purchases are right first time. The " good old fashioned customer service " , may be an out moded cliché but it matters to us. Long may we enjoy it! Thank you Beggs.”

“The choice of shoes was great for a men's size 13 wide fit. Usually there's only 1 or 2 in that size. The orders came separately but we're delivered quickly within a day of each other. Sadly had to return a couple but that was nice and easy. A great service.”

“These are a good pair of shoes I purchased these to replace a pair that had failed and with the great support from the Begg team I was able to get a full refund for the ones that had failed and subsequently purchased this pair hopefully they hold out as I have been using them daily since receiving them and couldn’t be more happy with them and the great support from Beggs”
