“I love this little gem of a shoe shop in Market Harborough selling high quality footwear. The staff are warm, approachable and can't do enough for you. Notably, staff don't hover or try hard selling. I have enjoyed the many compliments my new boots have generated Thank you so much ! Kerry Cheek”

“Despite the shop in Inverness being very busy the very helpful assistant took time out to place an order for a pair of boots which were not available in my size. They arrived very quickly and I am so happy with them. Really appreciate the service received.”

“Excellent customer service. The sales assistant had to order in my size which they kept for me until I returned from holiday. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit but the sales assistant was very helpful in helping to find a suitable alternative and suggested a few options for me to try. Regrettably, none were suitable so I was refunded the purchase price. There is an excellent selection of footwear available, staff are very friendly and welcoming and Begg Shoes will certainly be my first choice in shoe shop to visit when looking for my next pair of shoes or boots.”

“I visited the shop whilst on a brief visit to Lerwick. Such a class traditional shoe shop which had a great variety of shoes. The lady who served me was so lovely and couldn't do enough to help. I decided on a short pair of boots, but the other, sparkly, pair I wanted wasn't in stock for my size. The lady instantly said she could order them for me and postage was free! This was on Thursday afternoon. They arrived at my home on the Isle of Wight on Monday morning. That's what I call amazing service! Beautiful boots too!!”
