“Although I was originally sent the wrong pair of boots, Danielle who Inspoke to from customer services was excellent and sorted out the problem very quickly. I actually kept both pairs of boots and am delighted with them. The only reason I didn't rate the service as 5star was because of the original error.”

“This is the first time I’ve ordered from Begg Shoes and it was a brilliant experience. My Ecco boots are perfect and were at a compete price. Customer care was excellent: prompt delivery, a person message plus a return slip (which wasn’t needed). This is clearly a company with value for money and customer satisfaction at its heart. Thank you.”

“Emma the assistant in your Perth store was excellent. She spent time and energy finding me a pair of boots that suited my rather difficult feet. As they were so comfortable I returned and bought a second pair. She is welcoming and so pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to the store.”

“First time purchasing from this company and have to say what a fantastic choice of shoes, my order arrived very quickly, wonderfully packaged and enclosed was a very nice thank you note for my order. Unfortunately the boots were not a good fit for me so will have to return them ( using the returns label enclosed in the parcel) making returns such an easy process for us customers. Thank you Begg shoes for a great service and I already have my eye on another pair of boots to send for shortly.”
