“First your staff in Inverness are excellent we find it hard to get good shoes we are 78&75 your shop does does not hold as much stock as it used to the we girl said she could get another size but I would have to pay for them first I liked the shoes so I did pay I think this was unfair and will not do that again as my daughter said there are other shops if you care to look back you will see we use your shop regular I did buy my shoes and happy with them but if you cannot change your purchase policy sorry I will not be back”

“So pleased with the shoes I received both in fit and quality but above all was lovely to have a bit of old fashioned service customer. Although ordered online was unexpected and heartening to have a little note thanking me for the order and hoping they would be suitable. Just a bit different this day and age. Loved the shoes more importantly tho and definitely would order from Begg Shoes again.”

Your parcel was registered as lost on the 10th of July and we advised that we would process your refund within five working days. “Bought a pair of shoes, the assistant said my purchase hadnt gone through on contactless so had to chip& pin. Got the shoes home to find they were 2 different colours, phoned them to advise & they then told me my card had gone through the first time so i had been charged twice. Returned the shoes to the shop & got my refund & they ordered me a new pair as i really liked them. 4 days later the shoes arrived but they were the wrong size! How on earth can do many things go wrong on buying a pair of shoes?! By this point i was exacerbated & asked for a refund. Will i return...i doubt it.”
