“The boots I wanted weren't available in shop so assistant offered to have them delivered from another shop to my home. Arrived quickly and were well packaged. Great service.”

“Size, width and style all good. Customer service excellent. At the suggestion of a meber of Elgins store staff the shoes were sent to my home from another store. All carried out timeously. Fabulous and I would recommend the store.”

“Wow, what a shop. Remembered at the last minute when shopping for ladies shoes suitable for a wedding. On entering the shop we were approached by a very friendly lady, my wife explained what she was looking for and the lady returned with the size and style selected however they were "just not right". The lady then produced a completely different style which blew us away. Tried on, verdict" just perfect " I pointed out a pair of cosy winter boots, verdict as before. A handbag was then spotted, outfit for wedding Sorted. We had a dress rehearsal a few days later, her outfit perfect, she suggested that my shoes didn't go with the suit. Back down to Begg shoes and served by the same lady. Happy helpful staff, great quality products. Looking for shoes? Go no further than Begg shoes, can't recommend highly enough.”

“Having bought a pair of Gabor boots online from them, which I loved that much I also bought them in the brown too I couldn't fault the service at all. Brilliant people to buy from, speedy delivery and super friendly customer services- will definitely return in the future.”

“Bought trainers online. Simple easy process with an excellent range to choose from and a simple checkout system. These were received very quickly and should there have been any issues a straightforward return process was available. Overall a great establishment for footwear.”

“I bought these shoes for my husband just over a year ago. He said that he didn't want them! He has not taken the shoes off since the first time he wore them. They are practically worn out. I have just purchased an identical pair for him again! When I rang Begg Shoes they were fantastic. Called up all the details and the shoes arrived within a few days. Could not recommend Begg Shoes enough”
